Commonly used as a flavouring in curries as well as a food supplement, Fenugreek is an aromatic Mediterranean plant. The seeds produced by the plant are used whole or powdered as a spice whilst the leaves can be eaten as a vegetable.
Directions: Take one to two capsules three times daily, preferably with meals or may be taken as a tea by opening capsule into a cup, then adding hot water. Do not exceed stated dose.
